Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Manage and oversee the Reception Team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Operational Support: Assist the Rooms Division Manager with daily operations and take charge in their absence.
- Guest Relations: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest issues with professionalism and confidence.
- Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members, fostering an open communication policy.
- Goal Setting: Set team goals, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and report back to the Rooms Division Manager.
- Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to team members as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Listen to team members’ ideas or concerns and handle any conflicts appropriately.
- High Performance Recognition: Recognize and encourage high performance, creativity, and passion within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to following company policies and maintaining professional appearances.
