What You will Do:

  • Oversee seamless operations of the Bar & Restaurant and clubhouse food services.
  • Deliver world-class hospitality that exceeds guest and member expectations.
  • Maintain impeccable service standards while embodying the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
  • Address guest and member comments, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Elevate guest experiences through clear communication and promotion of resort services.
  • Manage and control departmental costs to stay within budget (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
  • Motivate staff and guests with the vibrant values of the Bar & Restaurant brand.
  • Ensure accurate billing and processing through our systems.
  • Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop your team.
  • Monitor and maintain service standards, uniforms, and staff welfare.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with recipe costings.

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • A creative manager with exceptional attention to detail.
