Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding clients’ wedding requirements and ensuring their unique preferences are fully realised.

  • Designing detailed wedding plans and timelines for seamless event execution.

  • Coordinating with trusted vendors to deliver top-tier services.

  • Assisting clients in managing wedding budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Overseeing all wedding activities, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Gathering post-event feedback to continually enhance wedding services and client experiences.

  • Supporting marketing initiatives, conducting venue tours, and providing comprehensive information to potential clients.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Wedding Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of wedding planning, industry trends, and local vendors within the Midlands.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours as required.

  • Proficiency in wedding planning software and related tools.
