Key Responsibilities:

Understanding clients’ wedding requirements and ensuring their unique preferences are fully realised.

Designing detailed wedding plans and timelines for seamless event execution.

Coordinating with trusted vendors to deliver top-tier services.

Assisting clients in managing wedding budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Overseeing all wedding activities, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the primary point of contact.

Gathering post-event feedback to continually enhance wedding services and client experiences.

Supporting marketing initiatives, conducting venue tours, and providing comprehensive information to potential clients.

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Wedding Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.

Exceptional organisational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
-
In-depth knowledge of wedding planning, industry trends, and local vendors within the Midlands.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other non-standard hours as required.

Proficiency in wedding planning software and related tools.
