Job description

Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise room revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
  • Optimise revenue through inventory control and yield management.
  • Utilise revenue management systems and tools to analyse performance and forecast demand.
  • Identify revenue opportunities across various departments.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from hotel revenue sources.
  • Prepare revenue reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Provide insights on guest booking patterns and distribution performance.

Distribution & Channel Management:

  • Manage and optimise all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct bookings).
  • Ensure rate parity, availability accuracy, and content consistency.
  • Enhance the hotel’s direct website for best offers and promotions.
  • Develop strategies to increase direct bookings.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and e-commerce teams.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide training on revenue management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, packaging, and promotions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a revenue management role within hospitality.
  • Experience managing OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategies and distribution management.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and direct booking optimisation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Independent, proactive approach to revenue growth.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
