Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Optimisation:
    • Develop and execute innovative pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
    • Stay ahead of trends by monitoring market conditions, competitor performance, and demand forecasts.
    • Utilise advanced tools to forecast demand and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Collect and analyse data from revenue streams to track performance and identify trends.
    • Collaborate with key departments to translate data into actionable strategies.
    • Prepare insightful reports to guide informed decision-making.
  • Distribution & Channel Management:
    • Optimise all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and accuracy.
    • Drive direct bookings through enhanced online presence and targeted campaigns.
    • Partner with digital marketing teams to implement impactful strategies.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
    • Align revenue strategies with overarching business goals.
    • Train teams on revenue management best practices.
    • Explore opportunities for upselling, packaging, and innovative promotions.

What You will Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar revenue management role within hospitality.
  • Expertise in managing OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, e-commerce, and distribution management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, independent approach.
