Bar and Restaurant Manager – 4 Star Hotel Dublin
Choice People on behalf of Our Client are currently recruiting for an Experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join this busy food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Optimal Guest and Customer Satisfaction
- Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations
- Assist with training and developing the food & beverage team
- Day to day running of the Restaurant and Bar with a focus on ensuring the hotel revenue is maximised
- Overseeing the efficient and professional operation of all functions booked within the hotel
- Leading and managing the team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered that is both friendly and professional
- Reviewing and improving service and operating levels
- Planning, rostering and resourcing the restaurant and the bar
- Carry out monthly stock and order replacement stock
- Regularly reviewing the standard operating procedures and ensuring they are followed
- Overseeing and ensuring that OH&S and HACCP standards are maintained and adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role
- Exceptional customer care and problem resolution skills
- Proven experience of organising and managing a team and delegating tasks effectively
- Enthusiasm and commitment with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service and customer care
- A focus on quality and continuous improvement and the ability to implement change
- Excellent people skills
