Your Key Responsibilities

• Optimise Success: Manage rosters, oversee stock control, and drive profitability by achieving G.P. targets.

What We are Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in bar or hospitality management within premium establishments.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a dynamic team.
• An innovative mindset and keen knowledge of food and drink trends.
• Experience in recruiting employees and pre-opening F&B outlets is a plus.
• Proficiency in stock control and financial management.
• Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are essential.
