Choice People are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Chef de Partie to join the established kitchen brigade at this stunning hotel. You will work in tandem with the teams for all catering operations from the Fine Dining Restaurant, Large Banqueting Facilities and daily service of breakfast, snacks, afternoon teas and casual dining. It would be a wonderful learning opportunity too.

This hotel property has a wonderful reputation and fabulous setting .The guests have a variety of options to enjoy the catering experience, including room service, fine dining in the restaurant, afternoon tea in the drawing rooms and light snacks and refreshments on the lawn as well as attending large functions in the ballroom. You will be joining a dynamic team of Foodies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent culinary background required, At least 2 – 3 years with fine dining menus and banqueting
  • Have excellent HACCP & hygiene awareness
  • Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
  • Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
  • Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team
  • Have experience in a busy restaurant operation

The following requirements are mandatory:

  • At least 2 years at Chef De Partie Level
  • You must be currently residing in the Republic of Ireland
  • You must be have an eligible working visa to work full time in Ireland
