Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Excellence: Ensure our customers receive top-notch service during conferences and meetings.
• Efficient Rostering: Manage accurate rostering within the department.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, act on their feedback, and encourage positive reviews.
• Update SOPs: Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated and ensure all team members are fully trained.
• Team Training: Provide training on our standards and customer service excellence.
• Support Projects: Assist the Operations Manager with departmental projects and initiatives.
• Motivate Team: Create an engaging work environment that motivates team members.
• Product Knowledge: Share your excellent product knowledge with guests and team members.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to foster continuous learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
• Flexible with working hours and have your own transport.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
