Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.

  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and handle guest queries and complaints effectively.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with Heads of Department to maintain high standards and consistency.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist with budget achievement, manage resources, and uphold health and safety standards.

  • Training & Development: Ensure team members are adequately trained and motivated.

  • Food & Beverage: Collaborate with the Head Chef to review menus and maintain food quality.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 3 years as an Operations Manager in a 4-star hotel in Ireland.

  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, extensive F&B and banqueting experience.

  • Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, passionate about guest satisfaction, and a team player with exceptional communication skills.

  • Ambition: Motivated to progress towards a General Manager role in the future.
