Your Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Take charge of hotel operations in the General Manager’s absence, demonstrating strong leadership.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service delivery to all guests and address queries or complaints promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Heads of Department to maintain consistency and excellence across all areas.
- Operational Success: Assist in achieving budgetary goals, efficiently manage resources, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Development: Inspire, motivate, and train team members to excel and exceed expectations.
- Food & Beverage Excellence: Collaborate with the Head Chef to review menus and maintain outstanding food quality.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in a 4-star hotel.
- Strong financial skills, with extensive knowledge of F&B and banqueting operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and guest satisfaction focus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to lead and inspire the team.
- Ambition and drive to develop into a General Manager role in the future.
