Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Lead with Vision: Take the reins in the General Manager’s absence and demonstrate inspiring leadership across all hotel operations.

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest feels valued through outstanding service and swift resolution of queries or complaints.

• Foster Team Excellence: Collaborate with Heads of Department to maintain consistency and drive excellence across all areas.

• Operational Excellence: Achieve budgetary targets, manage resources efficiently, and maintain health and safety standards.

• Develop Future Leaders: Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of motivation and continuous improvement.

• Elevate Food & Beverage Offerings: Partner with the Head Chef to curate outstanding menus and uphold exceptional culinary standards.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic professional who embodies:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Deputy Manager in a 4-star property.

• Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial operations, particularly within F&B and banqueting.

• Attention to Detail: An unwavering focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Leadership Excellence: Exceptional communication skills to lead and inspire diverse teams.

• Ambition & Drive: A passion for hospitality with aspirations to grow into a General Manager role.
