Job description

As Duty Manager you will support the Senior Management team in managing the operational elements of the business on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring the highest standards are adhered to delivering an excellent service across all departments for each guest. In this exciting role you will be dealing directly with customers, finding out specific needs and problem solving throughout the Hotel.

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience at management level in a busy 4-star Hotel.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts included late night, early morning, and weekend shifts.
  • Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events operations.
  • The ability to lead and to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • To deal with guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • To ensure cleanliness is always kept to the highest standard in the Hotel.
