Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate duties across all F&B services, including restaurants, private dining, drawing room, and room service.
• Deliver consistent 5-star experiences to all guests throughout the resort.
• Manage costs and payroll versus revenue, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to maintain exceptional presentation and service standards.
• Identify training needs and develop effective training programs for new and existing staff.
• Maintain the Time and Attendance system, ensuring accurate reporting to HR.
• Uphold employee conduct, uniform, and hygiene standards while fostering high team morale.
