Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate duties across all F&B services, including restaurants, private dining, drawing room, and room service.
- Deliver consistent 5-star experiences to all guests throughout the resort.
- Manage costs and payroll versus revenue, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to maintain exceptional presentation and service standards.
- Identify training needs and develop effective training programs for new and existing staff.
- Maintain the Time and Attendance system, ensuring accurate reporting to HR.
- Uphold employee conduct, uniform, and hygiene standards while fostering high team morale.
