Choice People are currently recruiting on behalf of their client for a Head Chef for its location in Limerick City. This property has a very busy food and beverage trade and the catering offering includes a la carte and set menus seven days a week. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic, energetic Head Chef to take the next step in your career path.
You must have an extensive knowledge of the following:
- How to manage a good GP
- How to work with local suppliers on seasonal produce
- Traditional Menu concepts with the addition of flair
- Manage a team of chefs and work closely with all other departments
- At least 3 years at Senior Sous / Head Chef Level
The following requirements are mandatory:
- You must be have an eligible working visa to work full time in Ireland
- You must be currently residing in the Republic of Ireland
