Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities, arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- New Business Development: Promote our hotel to transient, group, meetings, and wedding segments.
- Networking: Represent our hotel at industry events and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Event Management: Collaborate with our event and operational teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Negotiation: Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client requirements are met and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment (hospitality industry preferred).
- Highly motivated and energetic individual.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
