Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities, arranging meetings, presentations, and site visits.

  • New Business Development: Promote our hotel to transient, group, meetings, and wedding segments.
  • Networking: Represent our hotel at industry events and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Event Management: Collaborate with our event and operational teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Negotiation: Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client requirements are met and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Highly motivated and energetic individual.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prepare and present customized event proposals and quotations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
