Hotel Manager – 4 Star Hotel

Choice People on behalf of Our Client are recruiting for a hands on Hotel Manager to lead the team of this established 4 Star Hotel.

As Hotel Manager you will be fully responsible for the operational and financial performance of the business including but not limited to sales and marketing activities, P&L activities, revenue management, procurement, maintenance, rooms division, food and beverage, meeting and events and leisure management etc. You will report to the Cluster General Manager regarding all aspects of the business and its performance.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Senior Operations Manager/Deputy GM in a busy 4 Star Hotel environment in the Irish Market. They must have equal experience across Rooms Division, F&B and C&B. They must be a natural leader with a minimum of 3 -4 years’ experience running a busy medium sized property. Strong financial experience is essential with a commercial focus. The person must be a multi-tasker with a charismatic personality and have the ability to grow and develop a team. The successful candidate must be willing to immerse themselves in the local community and work with key stakeholders to develop and grow the business.
