Pizza Chef

Our client is currently recruiting for a skilled Pizza Chef, to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers’ order. You will be joining a large and dynamic team that strive to give the customer an excellent experience.

*Candidates must have legal status to live and work in The Republic of Ireland

Requirements:

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces and various toppings
• Knowledge of how to monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and creating their own
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are clean and sterilized before each use
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly
• Managing all food orders and ensuring that customers‘ orders are completed in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures and excellent HACCP & hygiene awareness
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

The candidate will be guaranteed 5 shifts a week but needs to be flexible to work over a 7 day week roster.
