What You will Do:
- Oversee seamless operations of the Bar & Restaurant and clubhouse food services.
- Deliver world-class hospitality that exceeds guest and member expectations.
- Maintain impeccable service standards while embodying the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
- Address guest and member comments, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Elevate guest experiences through clear communication and promotion of resort services.
- Manage and control departmental costs to stay within budget (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
- Motivate staff and guests with the vibrant values of the Bar & Restaurant brand.
- Ensure accurate billing and processing through our systems.
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop your team.
- Monitor and maintain service standards, uniforms, and staff welfare.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues and assist with recipe costings.

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
- A creative manager with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and financial awareness.
