Key Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Develop and execute cost-effective advertising and promotional plans.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to target new clients and prospects.
  • Represent the brand in the marketplace through client meetings and networking.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Boost overall sales by engaging with the corporate market and booking agents.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to optimise service opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and maintain marketing materials and brochures.
  • Expand food and beverage offerings, with a focus on bar, restaurant, and conference & banqueting sales.

Marketing Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on corporate sales materials.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market reviews to inform strategy.

Digital Marketing:

  • Maintain up-to-date website content, ensuring an effective online presence.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives for a strong and positive impact across platforms.

What You will Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
