Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for all key revenue streams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends with market research and competitive analysis.
- Engage in sales calls, site inspections, networking events, workshops, and FAM trips.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Strengthen the client’s brand identity with consistent marketing materials.
- Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and designers on promotional content.
- Manage the client’s website for optimal user experience and regular updates.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing strategies, including social media, to drive ROI.
- Partner with the DOSM on overall marketing strategy and lead ad hoc projects.
Revenue & Performance Management:
- Work with the Rooms Division Manager and Reservations Team on pricing strategies and occupancy rates.
- Enhance guest experiences using customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hospitality, tourism, or events.
- Third-level qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
- Proven track record in sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for luxury hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.

Salary Package:
- Full-time, permanent role with a 6-month probation period.
- Hybrid work schedule: 4 days remote, 1 day on-site (flexible based on business needs).
