Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across multiple revenue streams.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and industry engagement.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
    • Build relationships with clients through sales calls, site inspections, workshops, and FAM trips.
  • Marketing & Brand Leadership:
    • Strengthen brand identity with consistent, high-quality marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and creatives to develop promotional content.
    • Manage and optimise website content for user experience and engagement.
    • Execute impactful digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media platforms for maximum ROI.
    • Partner with senior management on marketing strategy and lead key projects.
  • Performance & Revenue Management:
    • Work closely with operations teams on pricing strategies and occupancy rates.
    • Use guest feedback and market insights to enhance overall experiences and drive loyalty.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hospitality, tourism, or events.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools.
  • Proven ability to implement sales strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
