Choice People are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for a manufacturing plant in the Midlands.
Duties of the role include:
- Collaborate with Field based Sales Team members to ensure alignment and consistency in market messaging and presence.
- Conduct Sales calls and coordinate email campaigns to introduce customers to Midland Steel products, develop understanding of individual customer requirements and close sales to meet targets.
- Support delivery of the sales strategy by identifying and actioning opportunities to ensure awareness and traction of Midland Steel products and services.
- Engage in regular reporting providing accurate and insightful updates on progress, sales and customer/market insights.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with strategic customers through partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Monitor Industry-specific trends and landscapes sharing findings and highlighting opportunities amongst team and management
- Effectively communicate Company value proposition
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales / telesales experience
