Choice People is looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our hospitality group in Limerick!

Are you a creative, customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality? Do you have a proven track record in sales and marketing, especially in food, beverage, and events? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in increasing revenue and attracting new customers across multiple locations. We’re looking for someone who can develop strong relationships, create successful marketing campaigns, and exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the sales and marketing efforts to grow revenue and attract more customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and local businesses.
• Plan and execute sales activities like client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and networking events.
• Monitor corporate accounts and take action to boost sales when needed.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote our venues and services.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to set pricing and forecast revenue.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and impactful.
• Organize corporate entertainment events to strengthen client relationships.
• Develop eye-catching marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role in the hospitality industry.
• A 3rd level qualification in Sales & Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• A full clean driver’s license and access to a car.
