Choice People are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator, reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure efficiency within the role, stock management, billing process, transport documents, cycle counts and other necessary administration including but not limited to safety and quality.


  • Adherence to company procedures and work instruction
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with standards required by BRCGS in terms of housekeeping, hygiene and product quality
  • Internal and external reporting that is necessary for management
  • Management of stock
  • Transport planning
  • Production Planning
  • Ensure a correct billing process and communication with the finance department
  • Deliver administrative support
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure best service
  • Identify and communicate any issues with production department
  • Be the first point of contact for external parties, handling incoming calls
  • Maintain raw materials stock and reorder levels

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday- 8am-5:30pm


30-33K per annum.
