Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspire and Lead: Recruit, train, and guide your team to consistently provide exceptional customer service and create memorable moments.
  • Maintain Excellence: Oversee site standards, cleanliness, stock control, and product quality with precision and pride.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the General Manager on rosters, budgets, and policies to drive operational success.

What You will Bring

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Hands-On Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing a café or restaurant.
  • Barista Expertise: Excellent coffee skills and a deep understanding of coffee equipment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work up to 5 days over 7, including weekends.
  • Fast-Paced Energy: The ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and Organization: Expertise in HACCP standards and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
