Job description

The Assistant Accommodation Manager will work alongside the Accommodation Manager in the daily operation of the Accommodation Department and assist with office work. To have a comprehensive understanding of the Accommodation Manager’s role and be able to step in and take over the daily running of the department should the need arises? To ensure that all guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Ensures strict compliance with hotels policies and processes.

The Ideal Candidate.

  • Must have 2-3 years in a similar role within a 4 Star Hotel environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • They must be a strong leader who has a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must display the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT and administration skills are essential, previous experience using Hotsoft, Opera etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and must have fluency in English.
