Your Impact:

  • Strategic Leadership: Compile and develop monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Dive deep into KPIs, analysing revenue, margins, working capital, and cashflow.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Budgeting: Assist with annual budgets and forecasts throughout the year.
  • Capex Expertise: Prepare and review Capex proposals, delivering compelling presentations to senior management and the board.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical accounting support to colleagues.
  • Collaborative Projects: Partner with the leadership team on impactful projects and initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within hotels in Ireland.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
