Your Role as a Restaurant Manager:
- Ensure the smooth running of the Bar & Restaurant and all other food services throughout the clubhouse.
- Provide a world-class hospitality experience, consistently striving to exceed guest and member expectations.
- Uphold our high standards of service while embracing the Bar & Restaurant brand ethos.
- Address comments, complaints, and queries from guests and members, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with guests and members to enhance satisfaction and actively sell resort services and facilities.
- Control and manage departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budgets (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
- Inspire staff and guests with the spirited Bar & Restaurant brand values.
- Manage billing and ensure accurate processing through our systems.
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse’s Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the team.
- Monitor and maintain standards of service, uniforms, and staff welfare.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance challenges and assist with recipe costings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
- A standards-driven, creative manager with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and financial awareness.
- Flexible and innovative within your role.
