Your Culinary Canvas:

Lead with Passion: Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Sous Chef/Head Chef.

Create Culinary Masterpieces: Prepare and present exquisite dishes for designated areas.

Ensure Excellence: Assist in maintaining HACCP controls and completing necessary paperwork.

Train & Motivate: Help develop, train, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve their best.

Innovate: Collaborate on menu reviews and costing and implement departmental SOPs.

Manage Resources: Oversee supply ordering and liaise with suppliers and sales reps.

Uphold Standards: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality in the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous Experience: In a similar position, preferably in a 4* hotel environment in Ireland.

HACCP Trained: Hygiene focused with a keen eye for detail.

Professional Appearance: A positive work attitude and a polished presentation.

Team Player: Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen and support your colleagues.

Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
