Your Role as Director of Operations:

• Smooth Operations: Ensure the seamless running of all services and operations across the resort.

• World-Class Hospitality: Consistently strive to exceed guest and member expectations with exceptional service.

• Brand Ambassador: Uphold high standards while embracing the resort’s unique ethos.

• Guest Relations: Address comments, complaints, and queries to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Effective Communication: Enhance guest experiences and actively promote resort services and facilities.

• Cost Management: Control departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.

• Inspire Excellence: Motivate and lead staff with the spirited brand values of our resort.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with middle management to develop and lead the team.

• Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, uniforms, and staff welfare.

• Management Communication: Ensure effective communication with senior management and other teams.

• Maintenance & Cost Control: Report maintenance issues and assist with costings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned Pro: Previous experience in a similar hospitality role in a 4* or 5* property.

• Creative Visionary: A standards-driven manager with exceptional attention to detail.

• Inspirational Leader: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team to exceed customer expectations.

• Financial Whiz: Strong financial and business acumen, including driving revenue, managing budgets, and delivering a sales & marketing plan.
