Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Wizardry: Provide crucial administrative support to the Events Team.

Event Data Management: Ensure all menus, rooming lists, and event information are accurately entered into the system at least 14 days before an event.

Billing Precision: Verify post-event billing for accurate client invoicing.
-
Meeting Presence: Represent the Events Team at daily and weekly operational meetings.

Efficient Reporting: Prepare and manage daily and weekly reports for the Events Team, including Daily Activity Reports, Weekly Deposit Reports, Daily Change updates, and Weekly Function Sheets.

Profile Upkeep: Create and update profiles for all new and existing contacts/companies in Opera.

Site Readiness: Conduct resort site inspections to ensure everything is up to standard.

Internal Coordination: Manage internal meetings and events, liaising with HR for upcoming training sessions.
-
Communication Hub: Ensure timely communication of weekly site inspections to resort operations.
-
Reservation Accuracy: Maintain daily accuracy of Enquiries, Business Won, and Business Lost reports.

Team Backup: Provide support where needed for all areas of the sales team.
-
Strategic Insights: Report to senior managers on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communicative Excellence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
