Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Revenue Optimisation:
- Develop and execute innovative pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
- Stay ahead of trends by monitoring market conditions, competitor performance, and demand forecasts.
- Utilise advanced tools to forecast demand and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Collect and analyse data from revenue streams to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with key departments to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Prepare insightful reports to guide informed decision-making.
- Distribution & Channel Management:
- Optimise all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and accuracy.
- Drive direct bookings through enhanced online presence and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to implement impactful strategies.
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Align revenue strategies with overarching business goals.
- Train teams on revenue management best practices.
- Explore opportunities for upselling, packaging, and innovative promotions.
What You will Bring
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar revenue management role within hospitality.
- Expertise in managing OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
- Proven ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, e-commerce, and distribution management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, independent approach.
