Your Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations:
- Ensure departments are fully staffed and operating seamlessly to maintain exceptional standards.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure top-tier operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop professional relationships across teams and departments to drive collaboration.
- Oversee cash-handling procedures and enforce licensing and security policies.
- Proactively resolve challenges and implement improvements in processes and services.
- Food & Beverage Management:
- Direct and supervise all food service operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to craft innovative menus and dining concepts.
- Monitor inventory, quality standards, and costs to optimise profitability.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide coaching and performance evaluations to ensure staff success.
- Implement training programs to elevate service standards and boost product knowledge.
- Guest Experience Enhancement:
- Guarantee every guest receives warm, personalised, and memorable service.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Gather guest feedback and leverage insights to refine experiences and introduce fresh concepts.
- Financial & Strategic Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for food and beverage operations while analysing sales data.
- Implement cost-control measures to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

- Proven leadership experience in a senior food and beverage role within a 4-star hotel.
- A proactive and motivated attitude, with the ability to energise and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, from restaurants to events and catering.
- Exceptional guest-focused mindset with outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue management expertise.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
