Assistant General Manager

It presents a perfect opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual with experience as an Operations Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in food establishments.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the efficient operation of the Bar & Restaurant, which encompasses service standards, team management, scheduling, training, ordering, stock control, and achieving GP margins
• Ensuring the business is well-staffed and the team is effectively trained to provide exceptional service consistently;
• Adopting a hands-on approach to guarantee efficient service, working closely with teams and the General Manager to support all departments;
• Ensuring customer service experiences are positive through continuous upskilling of service and floor staff;
• Fostering a culture of teamwork and positivity, making the business a motivating and excellent place to work;
• Maintaining consistent delivery of departmental SOPs, with regular updates and improvements;
• Upholding the highest hygiene standards in the establishment and ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety best practices;
• Collaborating with outsourced services, including marketing, entertainment, and payroll, to maintain the highest standards at all times.

The Successful candidate must:

• Have 3 years’ experience assisting to manage large hospitality properties overseeing both food and beverage.
• Be passionate and motivated by guest satisfaction;
• Be organised and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be a team player
• Currently residing in the country and have a valid work permit for full time hours
