Objective of the Role
Ensure the day-to-day operations of all bars and associated areas/functions are seamlessly executed in line with property and Group standards.
Main Duties:
- Deliver an authentic, warm, and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Uphold and professionally meet licensing legislation obligations.
- Safeguard cash, stock, float drop, till management, and related procedures.
- Lead staff development and training initiatives to ensure the team consistently delivers the highest quality standards and exceptional customer experiences.
- Enhance and uphold the hotel’s culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent service
- Flexible with hours and own transport
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organisational skills
