Bar Manager

The ideal candidate will be experienced within F&B, especially bar management, and have a strong interest and knowledge of food and drink trends. You will have a strong understanding of a customer focused workplace and the importance of a positive guest experience as well as be flexible to the changing needs of a business.

The key focus of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience and the financial success of the bar. You will be overseeing rosters, maintaining food and beverage costs to appropriate standards and achieving G.P. targets, work on concept development and improving beverage and food menus. You will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the bars, ensuring compliance with Company standards in all areas of operation.

Experience and skills

• Experience in a similar role, ideally 5 years+
• The ability to develop and lead a dynamic Food and Beverage Team
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees
• Experience in Stock Control Procedures
• Experience running own business is a plus
• Experience in pre-opening F&B outlets is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
