Choice People are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator for a thriving commercial business in County Laois. This is a parttime , permanent role with up to 20 hours weekly. This role will require the candidate to be enthusiastic and experienced in accounts, administration, and have an excellent level of communication skills.

The requirements of the role will include the following:

  • Good Knowledge and experience with Sage Line 50
  • Input Invoices directly and from Purchase Orders.
  • Reconcile to Suppliers Statements and sort out any queries.
  • Payments to Stg, Euro & Irish Suppliers.
  • Spreadsheet of products purchased from outside Ireland
  • Intrastat Returns to Revenue.
  • Write up & Input Customer Receipts.
  • E-mail & Post Invoices & Statements.
  • E-mail customers re balances due. Follow up with phone calls.
  • VIES Returns to Revenue.
  • Bank Statement & Visa Card input & Reconciliations.
  • Monthly Reports for all the above.
  • V.A.T. Returns

Using Thesaurus Payroll, you will be required to complete the following:

  • Monthly Salaries & ERR reporting.
  • PAYE Returns.
  • Holiday Schedule.
