Our client is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join dynamic team of ‘Foodies‘ for a busy Bistro in Cork. Day time hours – 7 days a week.

The ideal candidate should have a passion and flair for serving excellent quality food and have an ability to handle a fast paced service while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent culinary background required, breakfast/brunch/lunch menus
- Have excellent HACCP & hygiene awareness
- Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
- Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
- Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team
- Have experience in a busy restaurant operation
- Must have own transport (car, motorbike)

The candidate will be guaranteed 5 shifts a week but needs to be flexible to work over a 7 day week roster.
