Our client is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a dynamic team of ‘Foodies‘.

Requirements:
- Excellent culinary background required, at least 2 years with A La Carte Menus
- Have excellent HACCP & hygiene awareness
- Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
- Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
- Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team
- Have experience in a busy Bistro kitchen operation
- Must have own transport (car, motorbike)
