Your Responsibilities
- Prepare Delicious Food: Create all food items as directed, following recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep a spotless workstation while adhering to health & safety standards.
- Operate Safely: Use kitchen equipment efficiently and responsibly.
- Support the Team: Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
- Restock Essentials: Ensure items are replenished as needed throughout the shift.
- Food Hygiene & Safety: Consistently adhere to food safety regulations to ensure quality.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in a similar role (minimum 4 years).
- HACCP training (minimum 4 years of experience).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Genuine passion for food and enthusiasm for kitchen operations.
- Dedication to cleanliness and food hygiene of the highest standards.
- A willingness to develop professionally and continuously improve.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A strong team-player mindset and a good command of the English language.
- Full working rights in Ireland.
