What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership: Drive strategic management and ensure top-notch service for our guests.

  • Operations: Be the face on the floor, greeting customers and leading the staff.

  • Customer Relations: Handle feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Stock & Purchasing: Manage stocktakes, deliveries, and compile orders efficiently.

  • Administration: Tackle finance, HR, sales, and marketing tasks.

  • Security: Oversee cash handling, premises security, and CCTV operations.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide on-the-job training.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain HACCP standards and ensure a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-paced Gastro Bar or Bistro.

  • In-depth food and beverage knowledge.

  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

  • Strong business acumen and IT proficiency.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
