What You’ll Do:

Leadership: Drive strategic management and ensure top-notch service for our guests.

Operations: Be the face on the floor, greeting customers and leading the staff.

Customer Relations: Handle feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Stock & Purchasing: Manage stocktakes, deliveries, and compile orders efficiently.
-
Administration: Tackle finance, HR, sales, and marketing tasks.
-
Security: Oversee cash handling, premises security, and CCTV operations.
-
Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide on-the-job training.
-
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain HACCP standards and ensure a safe environment.
What We’re Looking For:
-
3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-paced Gastro Bar or Bistro.
-
In-depth food and beverage knowledge.
-
Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
-
Strong business acumen and IT proficiency.
-
Meticulous attention to detail.
-
A hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-
Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
