Who We’re Looking For:

  • Seasoned Pro: Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4-star hotel in Ireland.
  • Product Knowledge Guru: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage with commercial acumen.
  • Guest Experience Champion: Standards-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Proven track record of managing a large, dynamic team.
  • Financial Whiz: Strong skills in purchasing, stock control, roster management, and waste management.
  • Excellent Communicator: Top-notch communication and time management skills.
  • Multi-Tasker: Strong leader with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive Attitude: Always up for a challenge with a can-do spirit.
  • Fully Eligible: Must have full working rights in Ireland.
  • Driver’s License: Own transport and a full clean driving license are essential.
