What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams in a hospitality setting.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Professional Attitude: Friendly, respectful, and always ready to help.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Bar Manager, or Restaurant Manager in a 4-star property in Ireland.
