What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams in a hospitality setting.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Professional Attitude: Friendly, respectful, and always ready to help.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Bar Manager, or Restaurant Manager in a 4-star property in Ireland.
