Who You Are:
- Seasoned Professional: Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a 5-star level.
- Fine Dining Specialist: Strong background in fine dining and high-end brasserie style menus.
- Creative Visionary: Passion for designing new dishes and implementing innovative menu concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, presentation, and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Management Savvy: Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
