Group Financial Manager

It is the overall responsibility of the Group Financial Manager to safeguard the assets of the business, and to work with the senior management team in seeking out and implementing methods of cost reduction in all areas of the businesses as well as strategically increasing overall revenues. This role will lead and strategize the financial teams in line with company agenda.

Ideal criteria for the role:

• Qualified Accountant
• Degree in Accounting, Finance Degree or related major.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management.
• Hotel Finance and Accounting experience as well as multi-unit or department financial management preferred
• Strong financial management experience
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardisation exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
• Ability to motivate team members to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
