Your Nightly Adventure:

• Lead the Night: Be the captain of the night shift, overseeing all hotel operations while the world sleeps.
• Master the Night Audit: Run the night audit like a pro, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth operations.
• Safety First: Conduct health and safety walks, fire walks, and security checks to keep our guests safe and sound.
• Cash Wizard: Manage cash flow with precision and accuracy.
• Guest Guru: Handle guest queries and complaints with a smile, making sure every guest has a positive experience.
• Team Leader: Manage a small team of night porters, ensuring high standards in room service, cleaning, maintenance, and conference setups.
• High Standards: Ensure the hotel sparkles with cleanliness and everything runs like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Night Owl: At least 3-4 years of management and front office experience at a senior level. Night management experience is a plus!
• Dublin Expert: Proven track record working in medium to large-sized properties, preferably in Dublin.
• Customer Champion: Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences, every time.
• Hands-On Leader: Experience in leading and motivating teams in a hands-on role.
• F&B Pro: Experience in food and beverage, as well as conference and events management.
• Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in IT and hotel software packages – HotSoft experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
• Fluent Communicator: Excellent written and spoken English.
