Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR administrative tasks.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and transparent communication.
- Support Heads of Department in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records.
- Schedule and coordinate essential training.
- Handle disciplinary processes and employee grievances fairly and effectively.
- Submit weekly payroll information punctually.
- Drive and implement group-wide HR projects.
- Maintain positive communication with Heads of Department and the management team.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HR Management qualification or currently pursuing the same.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High emotional intelligence and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
