Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement and transparent communication.
  • Support Heads of Department in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records.
  • Schedule and coordinate essential training.
  • Handle disciplinary processes and employee grievances fairly and effectively.
  • Submit weekly payroll information punctually.
  • Drive and implement group-wide HR projects.
  • Maintain positive communication with Heads of Department and the management team.
  • Monitor and manage absenteeism.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • HR Management qualification or currently pursuing the same.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
