This established Bar and Night venue is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the management of this renowned Venue. This is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic candidate to take the next step in their career.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members, uphold the venue’s high standards, and contribute to creating a lively and memorable environment for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the operations, including staff scheduling, training, stock management, event management and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Implement and maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue.
    Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to staff, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient and smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a memorable experience for all patrons.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
  • Monitor sales trends, analyse financial data, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Implement creative ideas to enhance customer engagement and increase guest spending.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute unique events, live performances, and themed nights.
  • Ensure smooth event coordination, proper staffing, and adherence to event timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bar/venue management, preferably in a high-energy entertainment setting.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial controls.
  • Creative mindset
  • Problem-solving abilities to manage unexpected challenges and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local entertainment and nightlife trends is a plus.
