What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Record Keeper: Maintain and update employee records for HR, including one-on-ones and training.
  • Hit Targets: Adhere to deadlines and achieve business targets.
  • Boost Membership: Lead membership sales campaigns, events, and social media activities.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the highest level of cleanliness across the facility.
  • Flexible Shifts: Work early or late shifts to ensure coverage and support.
  • Fill Gaps: Step in as a lifeguard or personal trainer when needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and ensure all equipment is safe and functional.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Leader: At least 3 years of experience as a Leisure Centre Manager in a fast-paced facility, ideally within a hotel.
  • Motivator: Create a caring environment that promotes employee morale and engagement.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Qualified Professional: Hold a 3rd level qualification.
  • Training Expert: Experience in training, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Certified Lifeguard: Hold an RLSS/Irish Water Safety Lifeguard qualification.
  • Fitness Enthusiast: Qualified Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer and Pool Plant Room Operator.
  • First Aid Savvy: Valid First Aid qualification and Manual Handling Instructor certification.
  • Fluent in English: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
